Accident…but chance!
I placed the entry with the cut out words on top of another page from my journal entry, and surprisingly some of the words filled the holes and created a brand new meaning!

Peace escape bare skins shadow me
delight clouds shade
play today softer sides one colour
dominates light amazes shadows
everything with splendor casting

From a journal entry I’ve done in the sketchbook, I cut out the words that intrigued me the most, and I made a poem out of the words.
A chance outcome. After closing my sketchbook with wet paint, and leaving it for two days without opening it.

More experiments involving art making under the influence of music.
Inspired by Kandinsky’s work.
Criticism: I think I’ve improved in terms of concept making. I think this artwork looks very abstract, which was what I wanted to execute. I would take it further by either painting a still life or landscape under the same technique, or try to use the paper rather than the paint.

Planning. An experiment for my portfolio.
I want to try and document music. Even erase it. I think I’ll explore more on that for my final 10.
